In this workshop, girls will be introduced to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Maths) education through the engagement in multiple Hands-on, Project-based activities such as building bridges, planning missions to Mars, changing Trash to Treasure etc. that will prepare them for future careers, inspire them to become Leaders who can solve the most pressing challenges facing our nation and help them shape our future for the better. A wide range of soft skills will be used whithin this workshop such as teamwork, communication, critical thinking, innovation and much more. سيتم التعرف في هذه الدورة التدريبية على برنامج STEAM التعليمي عبر مشاركة الفتيات في نشاطات متعددة كبناء مجسمات جسور,تصميم مخططات لمهمة استطلاعية على كوكب المريخ , تحويل النفايات إلى موارد قيمة وغيرها. هذه النشاطات تحضر المشتركات لوظائف المستقبل و تساهم في بناء الشخصية القيادية المناسبة لمواجهة تحديات المجتمع و لإيجاد الحل الملائم لأي مشكلة مستجدة. تستخدم المشاركات في هدا النشاط مهارات متعددة كالتواصل و التحليل و الخلق و غيرها لإنجاز المشاريع المطلوبة.
